We tested many grinders before we decided to stock the Vario, and we have no reservation in recommending it for use with the TWIST. However, one tip we do have is that you should remove the grind hopper shown in the photo, fit the included portafilter attachment, and hust hold the basket under the spout. Slide the right grind adjustment up to "Espresso" and the left grind adjustment about 3/4 of the way up towards "Fine" and get ready to enjoy some fantastic espresso.
